I am not sure of the date

Has unique backing - you pull back on the little knob and pull the bar down and insert picture (see Photos)

It is marked John Wanamaker Philadelphia, New York, Paris - also has fleur de lis design on back
Measures 6.5 inches by 5 inches
Photo are measures about 4 inches x 5.5 inches
Has Original glass

There are some dark spots on a couple of the order corners (See Photo)
One corner is slightly bent but could probably be bent back into shape.
What looks to be tape marks on back (See Photo)

This is just a lovely unusual frame that displays well!
