We will design and make products according to your ideas even it's a difficult character to design, the details are thin and small.
In fact, it is very difficult to manipulate and put your ideas inside the keycap. but if you can pay a suitable price, we will try to implement the product according to your idea (can't be 100% right but will get 90% or more)
Even if you accept the high price, we are not 100% sure that we can successfully make the customized product according to your ideas. and if we can't, we will refund you and cancel the order.

-- HOW IT'S MADE:
Confident as one of the biggest and most seriously invested keycap workshops in Vietnam, we possess the full equipment, people, skills and knowledge to produce the most professional custom keycap products.
Each product, when it reaches you, goes through 12 carefully controlled production steps:
Step 1: The product idea is sketched
Step 2: mold or design in 3D to make the first prototype. The prototype be considered and refine multiple times.
Step 3: The basic shape of the keycap is 3D printed
Step 4: The 3D printed model is washed with a special solution
Step 5: Illuminate the model under UV lamp
Step 6: Paint the base coat for the keycap
Step order 7: Paint multiple layers of color, from large color patches to color details as small as 0.1mm
Step 8: Pour the resin
Step 9: The keycap mold is compressed in a high-pressure cage to remove air bubbles, creating absolute clarity
Step 10: Cut the excess details
Step 11: Go through 10-12 stages of extremely detail grinding and polishing to create a mirror-like shine
Step 12: Check each and every finishied keycap put into box
Each required step is performed by skilled artisans with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.

-- SPECIFICATION:
- Material: High-clarity resin
- Depending on the position you wish to put the keycap in, the size would vary from 1U to 6.25U in which:
- 1U for single letter/Fx key
- 1.5U for Tab
- 1.75U for Caps Lock
- 2U for BackSpace
- 2.25U for Enter
- 2.75U for Shift
- 6,25U for Space

These are common standard size which may be different on your keyboard. Please refer to the keyboard manufacturer documentation for extract keycap layout

Production time for a custom keycap will not be fixed (because etsy doesn't have a description for this, so we only have a symbolic delivery time)
Because there are easy and difficult custom keycaps, so there is no exact delivery time, can be 2 times longer than expected, can also be 3 or 4 times. So please be patient.
You know, your ideas are sometimes difficult to execute. Some ideas can keep us working for a whole week, so designs come out, good or bad. We all hope you enjoy it.

Not all size and profile are available to all item. Due to design's special details, some profiles is only available to some item. Please refer to our bundle option when you place the order.

-- PROCESSING TIME:
The processing time vary for each item. Usually it takes us about 3-4 days to finish the production, however sometime the finished item does not look really perfect and we may decide to make start over.
We just wish to deliver the best you can get.

-- CUSTOM KEYCAP ORDER:
As a real maker, we are capable of customize any keycap against your imagination. All you need to do is to describe the keycap you wished as detailed as possible. Our artisans will be working closely with you through the process and ensure the item will match your description.
As soon as we both side agree upon the design, we will make a custom order for you to purchase and we never fail to ship out the item after the processing time informed.
