This is a very Rare bintage Chanel Volumizing Lash Powder/ Primer Cake Mascara powder. A volumizing mascara powder with iridescent speckles that intesify volume as you apply it in between your favorite mascara coats. The instructions are to apply a coat of your favorite if not Chanels regular wet mascara then apply a coat of this powder with spoolie and finalize with another coat of wet mascara or repeat untill desired colume effect is accomplishes. The spoolie is missing the sponge part but as a makeup artist I recoment using a regular brush type of spoolie for maximum, cleaner and best results. In these pictures you will be able to see a broshure that shows steps (which is not included with your item) but I dug up some research to make sure you had clear instructions with pictures included.
