Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. When trying shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles.
We will issue a refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping service. Costs of returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
