Other than that all decals are intact and in EXCELLENT Condition. Battery areas are clean and acid free. No assembly required. Batteries not included. I removed the back of the remote control as the car was not responding quickly. Put it back together and works better. I took a pick of the circuit board while the back was off. Perhaps it needs some light resoldering. Sorry I don't know much about it. Box shows significant self wear Please see pictures as they are a large part of the description.
