Our Penguin Winter ONEderland tutu is mixed with pretty shades of lavender and white. It is completed with a lavender satin bow that can be worn in the front, side, or back of the tutu.

Shirt is designed with a #1 and cute little penguin. Child's name can be embroidered underneath for personalization.

Comes with a matching triple shabby flower headband with a crystal snowflake button.
