Board comes with pre-applied food grade mineral oil and beeswax finish. Hand wash only. As with cutting boards, when finish wears off, more mineral oil and wax should be applied.

Story behind this board:
The shape of the this board is the real story here. It arose organically from the larger slab it was cut from. Beside the circular hole, only minimal changes were done to preserve and enhance the original look.
