A pretty decorative box, made with mother of pearl by "CAR Firenze" Italy

Original sticker at the base reading "Creazione Esclusiva - CAR Bomboniere - Firenze - Made in Italy" which translate in to "Exclusive Creation - CAR Gifts - Florence"
