The Small 6" Leaf Palette and the Mini Organic Palettes make wonderful additions to this palette for travel or just to add more wells. The photos show the Small (6") and the Large (10") Palettes together.
Each of these ceramic paint palettes is hand carved from clay, then dried over many days under weights to allow them to hold their beautiful. organic leaf shape through two kiln firings. The design was created in conjunction with several painters, to enhance both the function and beauty of each palette. The wells for paint are sloped to allow for ease of use and easier cleaning. Palettes are fired to Cone 6 with a clear glaze, so paints are easy to see in their true colors. Palettes can be cleaned by hand or in a dishwasher. With proper care, this palette will last a lifetime.
These palettes are meant to enhance a painter's life, whether he/she is a professional painter or a budding artist. Even though these are made from clay, the Small Leaf is quite light and can be packed for painting outside and used in your hand. They make the perfect gift for a painter.
