Timeline:
Cookies are MADE-TO-ORDER. Please allow 3-5 business days for production time and another 5 days for shipment. This means a minimum 7 days from your order request date to actually receive your cookies.


Shipping:
Cookies are individually bagged in clear cellophane bags to maintain freshness and carefully shipped with bubble wrap for protection. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail delivery. Please verify your shipping address at checkout.


Delivery:
We are not responsible for late deliveries, damaged or lost packages. Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number to help track your package.
