This 4.5 Inch natural wheat straw Bell Downward Brim Boater hat is made from Pointed Milan braid order sewn straw. The hat is trimmed with a 3-inch black grosgrain ribbon band and back ties. The bell brim is 4.5 inches and will fit up to 22 5/8 inch head sizes.
The inside band has a sizing cord to adjust the head size.
