We will reach out via email if there is an identified issue by the United States Postal System with your address as submitted. If we cannot ship the customer's order once pulled because of an issue with the shipping address, this may result in said customer's shipping date being extended due to our not being able to process the order(s) on our ship date; additionally, we are unable to continue to hold merchandise when the customer order does not respond. This will result in, at shop owner's discretion, a cancellation of said order due to no response/incomplete shipping address. In this case, a 15% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount. If customer later reorders said item(s), this creates a new and separate transaction; therefore, the 15% restocking fee will not be deducted from the new order. Orders that were shipped and returned by the United States Postal System as "undeliverable as addressed" and customer chooses to cancel said order, a 15% restocking fee will apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address they provide is complete and accurate. Refer to the "shop policy" section for other policy information.



DELIVERY NOTICE: Shop owner does not make any guarantees for "deliver by" dates as deliveries are under the control of the United States Postal Service. Shop owner is not responsible for postal delays.

If you select Priority Shipping over Standard Shipping, that does NOT change the "ship by date" set by the shop owner. Priority Shipping applies solely to the USPS in the handling of your package as priority mail over standard shipping mail. Please keep in mind, Priority Shipping is not "delivery guaranteed by a date" option and can still be impacted by unpredictable delivery delays by the Postal carrier.
