This is an original Prima's Strategy Guide for Resident Evil Directors Cut (Greatest Hits Version) This is from a smoke free home and it has some old sticker residue on the top above the name. You can see in pictures above. Not bad at all and not sticky. It also has a blemish on the spine near the bottom of the book as seen in the pictures. Nothing affects it though. There are NO TORN PAGES. And this is from my personal collection. I'm needing to parts order ways with some of this stuff so please feel free to ask questions! And thank you.
