Shipping and Handling includes: Packaging (tape, bubble wrap, peanuts, labels, etc.), and Seller fees. Insurance (for breakables) is ONLY covered with Priority Mail, Fedex, and UPS.

Any damages must be emailed (ALL pictures) to me first to resolve with shipping company. Please retain ALL packing. I will file a claim and if approved I will find a replacement or refund. For USPS you must take all outer and inner contents to your post office to file a claim. They will no longer accept the senders claim as they want to see the damage in person.
