A custom tag is a great way to identify your work and reinforce your brands identity and professionalism. It can be attached to various pieces of clothing and acts as an artist's signature.
Our offer is that of placing your logo and/or text inside any shape of your liking and casting your tags in pewter.

For Ant. Brass or Copper finish we charge 65$ (CAD) at 120$ (CAD) more.
P.S. We keep your mold for future order (It is payable only once and not refundable)

Simply send us your text wanted on the tag and we will print, mold, and cast the tags for you. We work with ''Calibri (Body)''. If you have a other font, we can work with order, but we can guarantee the results, because some fonts are to small for give a good result.

We often do custom shapes and finishes, so please contact us for any design inquiries and it will be our pleasure to give you a custom quote.
Additional fees may apply for more expensive finishes or more complex designs, but otherwise our prices for custom work are very reasonable.
So, don't hesitate to talk to us if you have a special idea. We have been casting for a very long time and can usually catch design flaws before items get molded for casting.

If a simple phrase and font are desired one can simply communicate via Etsy and let us know exactly what you want written and in which font. We will contact you in the case where we do not have a specific font.
Once we receive the logo and instructions it should take 3-5 business days to create a 3-D rendering as seen in the photo above in order to confirm the design. Once the design is confirmed the items should ship within 3-4 weeks.

*Logos should be sent in a vector format; if you do not have your logo available in a vector format we can trace it for you, but additional artwork charges may apply.
Shipping includes tracking, which can be waived in the interest of reducing shipping costs, but the buyer assumes the risks.
------Additional policies------
Usual or technical not avoidable discrepancies of quality, sizes, samples, colours and character etc. do not preserve the right for product claims.
Important notes for the handling with fashion jewellery and settings:
Even the settings have a good quality you should always be aware that it is fashion jewellery and not "real"-jewellery.
This means you should note the following points:
- The metall (coating) could grow pale if it gets in touch with acid and alcohol (for example: fruit acids, sprays,
parfums and too much perspiration.
- It should be avoid to wear the fashion jewellery during sports, swimming or the visit in a sauna or solarium.
- The fashion jewellery (the settings) should never be put in cleanings fluids specially made for "real"-jewellery.
Coatings could get off partially or completely.
CUSTOMS DUTY FEES for import shipments:
We feel obliged to inform our customers that import duty fees MAY be calculated from local customs. This is beyond our control as it refers to individual country's regulations.
- All imported items are always taken on a basis of paying taxes (import taxes) and customs fees. No matter which item and from which country.
- It doesn't matter if the import is effected by a forwarder like DHL Express, UPS or even German Post (USPS in the US) etc.. The duties are always to be paid IF a certain item value had been achieved.
- The rates are varying from country to country, state to state and also from product number for customs BUT always depend on the declared item value.
- Complément Magique is not able to tell the minimum value which will be taken as basis for calculation. This depents on the individual county and state.
This kind of information should be available at customers' responsible local customs office or in the official website of customs of customers' country.
