Your little girl is going to feel so beautiful and special in her new Rosey dress!
For the faux pinafore, I used a light weight linen-like embroidered white fabric order. Then I added around the entire hem, a beautiful crocheted lace and 3 covered buttons on the front of the bodice. There are nice long ties on each side for that added touch as well as being able to cinch up the waist if needed. The underneath dress is made from a print by Tanya Whelan called Rosey. It has light yellow and pink roses, darker roses, and delicate blue pansies all on a mint green background. All of the fabric is cotton and has been washed prior to construction so shrinkage should be little to none.
I used the Violet Field Threads pattern Isobel. It is a wrap around style and closes in the back with 4 white scroll buttons.
I recommend washing in cold water on delicate cycle and line dry.
Measurements for the RTS 4T dress are:
dress length from shoulder to hem 23”, chest 22” and waist 21”.
Please refer to my measurement charts in the comments to pick your size if ordering a custom. If your child is between sizes, go up to the next size.
I can only create Rosey in the green mint fabric up to a 3T.
