This is a beautiful pair of vintage, handmade, genuine malachite and hammered sterling silver earrings that were handmade in Taxco, Mexico.

The round-cut malachite stones are stunning, set in sterling silver bezels. The stones are about 1/4" each in diameter and are high-quality.

The earrings measure about 1 3/4” by 5/8” at the widest point then they narrow to 1/4" in width. Their posts are about 1/2” in length.

The earrings weigh about 8.7 grams and are stamped 925 Mexico with the number 47 in a circle. I am unsure who uses that hallmark. They were purchased and handmade in Taxco, Mexico.
