Set of 2 Tall Carved Wood Figurines, Sailor and Boat Captain.

This is a set of two hand-carved and painted wood sculptures.
One depicts a boat captain with a large navy-blue double-buttoned coat with large gold buttons. He has white pants and black shoes and tie, as well as a captain's hat and a piece of wood he is chewing at the order corner of his mouth. He has a white beard.
The other depicts a sailor wearing a blue sailor's jacket over a striped shirt and white pants. He is wearing a navy blue hat with a gold line. He is holding a stick in his hand. The other hand is in his pocket.
They both have red noses and cheeks.
This is a lovely couple that would make a whimsical addition to your home decor and would make an even lovelier addition to coastal or nautical home decor.

The couple is approx 12'' tall.
SOLD AS A SET OF 2
Both are in quite a good vintage condition with the colours bright and vivid.
They have some scuffs and scratches in the paint and the stick in the sailor's hand seems to have been longer but broken. They are sold AS IS so please inspect the pictures carefully.
