Vintage Kneeling Santa with Baby Jesus, Very good, Christmas holiday decor, Santa order Claus Ceramic, Handpainted, OOAK, No flaws, China Galore

Vintage handpaineted Kneeling Santa Claus with Baby Jesus on the hay. . This lovely vintage Santa has eyes closed in prayerful adoration of the Baby Jesus.

The statue has no chips, dings, or loss of color. Glaze is bright and colors are strong, Dated 1987 by local crafter or artist. No crazing found either.

Santa Claus stands 9 inches and the base is about 8.5 inches X 6.5 inches.. Baby Jesus is about 3.75 X 2.25 inches and lays on a bed of hay.

The expression of both Santa and Baby Jesus is so sweet. Lovely and unique delight likely handpainted in one of the many Ceramic shops in the retirement community where i acquired the piece. It is signed and dated on the bottom as shown in the photos.
