I personally picked this book up in Philadelphia back in 93 and had Stan sign it, back then there was not as much witnessing and COA's so I have no C.O.A., yet graded and authenticated to book could bring a very nice profit or addition to your own collection! **I am not an expert collector by any means so my grading is only from the point of view of somebody who has been dealing in comics for the last 50 plus years and order that being said I believe this book to be grade 7 to 8, with slight to minimal yellowing solid spine, flat with good corner, still glossy with good color on the pages**.
