We source all our wood from Mediterranean farms; previously discarded, very old trees that had come to the end of their natural fruiting life. This is our passion as it allows the olive farms to reinvest in new, young more productive trees.

Note: If you want to use it as a cutting order and serving board at the same time. We recommend that you always use one side for cutting and the other side as a serving board.
Fruit trees such as olives and walnuts are harder and more difficult to scratch. It is very durable due to its hard and oily structure.
