Vintage July birthday order angel boy figurine 1956 A1923 patriotic gift

Vintage 1956 made in Japan July birthday angel figurine has order a Fourth of July patriotic theme. The boy is holding a bottle rocket and an American flag. Measures 4.5”h and the only condition issue is one of the pink flower petal tips is missing, see the last photo.
