Iskra was one of the most successful and emblematic companies in the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Its production ranged from telephones and clocks to bigger electromechanical machines. It was founded in 1946 and during the 70s, it pioneered telephone production. Soon after releasing the models ETA80 and ETA85, Iskra inspired companies from all over the world with its innovative design and state-of-the-arts technology.
Some of its models are now part of MoMa's temporary exhibition "Toward A Concrete Utopia".

ATA 11 was, after 1949's ATA 1-2, the second released bakelite phone.
This particular model was used in Slovenian administrative offices.
The telephone probably works, although it has not been tested for use. It is fully intact and doesn't have any missing parts, making it a unique vintage collection piece, perfect for decoration.
