This piece--which is NOT TINY--has so many possibilities; it would look great layered over another skirt or dress, over leggings or even over shorts. The solid black waistband on the right side measures 2", and the it angles down to about order 8" on the left side where the open skirt is fastened together with 4 buttons at the hip. Really gorgeous chantilly lace, and the whole thing is in marvelous condition.
