Antique Virgin Mary Medal Lourdes Scene Old Brass Vintage Catholic order Gift

An antique Virgin Mary medal in brass metal, with unusual markings. This has 2 holes through it from when the image was pressed into the metal. I think this adds to its uniqueness and charm. It reads "lourdes" on the reverse and Basili Que qunosaiII (?). Please view all the photos. This is antique brass metal. This comes with its own jump ring to attach to your necklace chain or other jewelry.
*Size of pendant: 15/16" H x 5/8" W all approximate measurements
*Condition: very good to excellent vintage condition. This has 2 cut through holes from when the image was pressed into the metal.
