Timeless, elegant and classic (medium brown) real FUR muff. The fur is SHEARED BEAVER. The longer guide furs have been shaved off to leave the downy under fur ... which feels like velvet! order The muff features FUR both front and back and measures 9" wide x 9" tall. It has a nicely padded, brown fabric lining and NO wrist strap. The fur is in very good condition with no smells, no cracks, no bald spots and no shedding. Judging from the feel of it, the insulating material inside the muff could possibly be goose down. (It feels like goose down, but I don't want to open it up to see.) This muff appears to have seen moderate use and is in very good vintage condition. There is NO inner zippered compartment, but it does have a brown satin wrist strap. You could easily use this as your bridal bouquet ... just have your florist attach flowers to the front! Add matching muffs for your attendants ... even your flower girl!
