This listing is for a EXTENDED COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE for any of our designs, unless otherwise noted. This license is required to be purchased for *intent to sell and sell* of a physical end product that has our design on it.

You CANNOT resell the file as an SVG or any other file type.

YOU MUST PURCHASE ONE COMMERCIAL LICENSE FOR EACH LISTING YOU PLAN TO RESELL ON A FINISHED PRODUCT.
 Some listings include more than one design within the same listing.

By purchasing this listing, you intend to sell 251+ physical end products. (If units reach 5,000 units Sold by your production, you will need to purchase a CUSTOM License and are required to reach out to me for that.

This license allows for the sale of t-shirts, mugs, hats, stickers etc. or any physical order items bearing the design, not the resell of digital flies or designs.

All designs in our shop are FREE to use for personal use and up to 50 physical end products sold for small home based business.

PERSONAL USE and up to 50 units sold by a small home based business is permitted without a license.

51-250 units will require the purchase of a "Limited Commercial License"

Units 251 and beyond require an "Extended Commercial License"


This does not include the reselling of the actual image in and SVG, PNG, JPEG, PDF, GIF, etc. forms.

Reselling, re-distrubuting and sharing of the original image is prohibited, and will result in legal action.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check the USPTO trademark database for trademarks before selling any items with my designs. I try to check my designs periodically, however, with people trademarking phrases everyday, it's possible that a saying or phrase we use will be trademarked in the future. It's best to continue to check the phrases you use on items you sell throughout the year.
