The Glitter Rainbow Hoop Set
Mommy & Me OR trick hoop/Core waist hoop!

With this listing you get one mini hoop as well as a custom size folding collapsible or push button adult hoop.

The adult hoop is made out of durable PE tubing, 100psi, 3/4". (Upgrades to sport weight 3/4" 160 psi, polypro, or HDPE available in our ADD-on section)

The child hoop is made from the 1/2" 125 psi tubing (which is why the design seems slightly different in the photo).

Folding Collapsible (folds down by twisting the hoop)

For sizing, please multiply 1.1 x your waist in inches for a fast speed hoop (more calories burned, 1.2 x your waist in inches for a medium speed hoop, and 1.3 x your waist for a slow hoop (best for beginners)
The coiled hoops require a bit of muscle and possibly heat as well to push in the connector because the fitting is barbed. Once it is constructed the hoop will remain a circle from then on.

If purchasing as a trick hoop hold a tape measure in front of you at a comfortable width and that is the size could work for isolations/tricks!

CARE: Do not store hoop in the collapsed position. To collapse, lightly twist the two connectors towards eachother in a FIGURE 8. Take the outer points of the circles toward eachother and it is done!
