What Sizes & Shapes Are Available On Our Store?

All of our designs can be printed onto any of the sizes below of your choosing. If you don't see the size & shape below that fits, then unfortunately we don't have it available. (Note; Size 20x40 Inches is unavailable with frame but can of course be ordered without framing. You can ask your local frame shop to frame it for you.)

• Square: 12x12, 16x16, 20x20, 24x24, 30x30, & 36x36
• Rectangle: 11x14, 16x20, 18x24 , 20x30, 24x36, & 32x48
• Panorama: 10x20, 12x36, 20x40 & 20x60

(All sizes measured by Inches)

Note; The sizes listed are for the canvases themselves- the frame adds additional dimensions. 1.25" frame thickness add approximately 3/4" on all sides (3/8" for gap between the canvas and the frame, and 3/8" for the outward facing frame edge). FOR EXAMPLE, a 12"x12" canvas will be approximately 13 1/2" x 13 1/2" including the frame. The depth of our frames is 1 3/4" total.

How To Order:

1. Choose the canvas size you would like to order.
2. Next step is to leave your custom information in the 'note to seller' type box or custom field. In case you forget to leave your custom information while you were placing your order, that's okay, you can also message us via Etsy conversation. Include the information you would like to be used, and the name used when ordering this item so we can find your order.
3. You can place your order through Etsy via Credit Card or Paypal.
4. Now that we have received your custom information, we will begin to create a proof/preview for your order. This usually takes 1-2 days. Almost always likely 1 day.
5. Now, when you have reviewed & approved your art proof, we will start to create and ship your order. It will take 2-5 days.

We have no character limit on text; font sizes will be adjusted accordingly. The proofs we'll send out will arrive in your Etsy Account. To avoid unnecessary delays, please check your inbox daily.

NOTE: We will NOT send the design to print until you approve your customized order.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, there are No Refunds, due to the nature of these products. We will always replace any defective item(s) though, and ship you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your item(s). Simply reach out to our support and let us know about any defects/issues via Etsy messenger within 30 days from receiving your order. You may have to provide us with pictures of the defective product depending on the circumstances.

IMPORTANT: Do not mail any items back to us unless we have approved it first.
