Antique Chinese Child's order Hat handmade dragon

order This is a Chinese child's hat. It is wonderful. It is very old handmade traditional child's hat. The top section is made up of all hand sewn and decorated sections. Silk fabric with all hand embroidered images of flowers, fish, butterflies, letter characters, birds and the main image is a dragon head. He has Hair coming out of his face and there are 2 clumps of hair on the sides. That might be some type of animal hair. They are attached with 2 small pieces of leather. There are also tiny copper discs added and each section is bordered with a gold color metallic "tape". The underside of this section is a cotton fabric and cotton batting inside. This embroidered art work is the attached section of the hat. The main body of the hat is a black velvet. It is also filled with some batting with cotton fabric inside. The yarn chin strap is not original. It does come with a nice acrylic stand.
