We are the "little camera shop that could" located in the heart of Texas. We saw the need for a more modern, fun approach to film photography and are passionate about making it easier to purchase vintage cameras and accessories than ever before.

We know that shooting film can be intimidating, but with Cute Camera, your buying experience doesn't have to be. We welcome and encourage your curiosities, odd questions, or special requests.

In all honestly, there is no secret weapon for becoming the ‘perfect' film photographer. It's all about practice and allowing yourself to have fun while making some mistakes along the way. You never know until you try!

❁❁❁❁ How we grade our cameras ❁❁❁❁

Our cameras go through a meticulous inspection process where they are tested and cleaned. Everything we sell is in 100% working condition so you can hear the click of your shutter right out of the box.

We break the appearance of our cameras into three conditions: very good, good, and average.

〰 A "very good" body is our best cosmetic condition. Not perfect but these a still very nice cameras with very slight signs of wear. A little bit of dust is common even in the best cameras.

〰 A “good” body will also look nice but have some additional potential cosmetic wear such as worn down paint or small scratches somewhere on the body.

〰 An “average” body will be a more severe case of cosmetic wear like dents and deeper scratches.

**None of these cosmetic blemishes should impact your film or the mechanics of your camera**

We offer a generous 30-day return or exchange policy. A return shipping label will be provided if an item is defective, damaged in shipping, or an error is made by Cute Camera Co. So just let us know and we will get you the camera you deserve!


Film cameras aren't a “one-size-fits-all” kind of product. They're like clothes -- what fits for someone else won't necessarily be what fits for you. And we get it! You aren't always going to love the camera that you originally had your heart set on.


Please keep in mind that these cameras are anywhere from 30-60 years old and have likely been used by multiple owners before you. Though we try our best to inspect and refurbish these old cameras, sometimes they experience unforeseen issues. Because of this, we urge our customers not rush into ordering and allow themselves ample time to test their cute camera before going on a once in a lifetime vacation. When you get your camera, put the batteries in it and just play with it to make sure it's functioning as it should. Then load you film in and go take some photos! ♥

It can be a significant amount and we are not able to calculate how much it will be. For Canadian orders we've seen it cost between $20- 30 USD. For European orders, it may be €40- 100.
