Beautiful wool vest (30%) acrylic (70%) french brand Damart.

State as new.

The waistcoat is suitable for all sizes. In the photos, it is worn on a model size S and another size XL (see comments on the photos).

This unisex wool waistcoat is as pretty for men as it is for women. Ideal for cold autumn and winter evenings.

Brand history:

Born in 1855 in Roubaix (formerly a major textile industry in northern France), three brothers gave birth to a material that is now thermolactyl. This will later be the best-selling in Damart stores.

The company had its new product checked by the medical community before its launch, published a small catalogue to sell live from the factory and sent its first catalogues by mail in 1954, the year of the cold snap in winter.

In 1957, Damart opened its first consulting store in Paris. She then developed her lingerie range marketed under the name Damart (despature establishments being located order at the corner of Rue Dammartin and Boulevard de Paris de Roubaix): association of Thermolactyl with silk, Lycra, wool or cotton4.
