WILL I GET A PROOF?
Your designer will send a proof to the email you have on file with Etsy for your review before final production is started.
Please make sure you have a current email on file in your Etsy account.
To ensure we don't miss your important date: Proofs that are not approved within 3 business days (weekends & holidays don't count as part of the 3 days) will move to final production. We will assume that all of the information you entered at check out is correct.
We won't be responsible for incorrect information if you have not approved the proof and it moves to final production.
All Custom/Personalized Sales are final.

Choosing upgraded shipping does not change the processing time. It means your order will travel through the postal system faster than choosing USPS First Class.

Domestic Delivery is generally within 7 days once items order have been shipped, this can and will vary based on the time of the year (holidays, postal holidays, etc.)

International Shipping can take up to 6 weeks depending on the country you reside in.
