* This is order a Tali Original Design and features a 6-1/2" diameter black Sinamay hat form. The design features black rooster schlappens, goose biots and dyed ringneck pheasant feathers in a combination that gives a very upscale and sophisticated flair.

* The center is an eight petaled doubled folded black Sinamay rose with handmade bead stamens.

* Gently looped 1-1/4" black ribbon twists and accents the feathers along with two black stripped quills. The quills gives the fascinator more appeal and drama.

* The fascinator/hatinator can be secured by the hair clip on the inside brim and can be centered or worn off to either side of the head.
