Plants are shipped via USPS first class. However, we strongly advice to upgrade to priority mail during colder months to avoid plant issues (please get a heat pack too). Any order that does NOT have a heat pack is not covered for the live plant guarantee.

Keep in mind that some plants are greener than others but will get their vibrant colors under strong lights.

The plants are shipped bare root in a plastic container to protect the plants. We ship the plants on Monday and Wednesday to avoid the weekend cutoff.

The plant's sizes are between 1~ 2 inches across
