Item slips on over the head and has off-shoulder styling, beautiful huge angel sleeves and tiered detailing. Upper portion of dress is ruched elastic and collar is elasticized also. Shirred bust, flare sleeves, tiered skirt, above knee, quite short, see measurements. Item is hand-washable in cold water, line-dry. Pattern and color as shown in photos. Approximate unstretched measurements are 25 inches at bust, 23 inches at waist, 40 inches at hips, 28 inches in length, 24 inches in sleeve length, and a whopping 50 inches around cuffs!
