Lionel O Scale 6-12774 828K Log Loading Station new in Original Box 1997. In excellent condition. The box is order a little dirty and misshapen, there are no tears or missing pieces. The Loading Station is new in the original, factory sealed packages and the original assembly instructions, warranty and Lionel service center information.

Model Power HO scale 480 Station Kit molded in 6 colors. Unopened sealed box, "Easy to Build Construction Kit". The box top has been bent on the top (see picture).

1983 Cut and Assemble Main Street: Nine Easy-To-Make Full-Color Buildings in H-O Scale Paperback. Printed in full color on heavy cardboard stock. 48 page of exploded diagrams, numbered and labeled pieces for easy assembly. The quality of the cardboard and the printing is excellent. The instructions are concise and easy to understand. Most signs are printed on the building but it would be very easy to make up your own and glue them on over the original signs. The windows are also printed on the cardboard, shades and curtains. The front of the book has a few very slight blemishes (see picture), everything else about the book is perfect.
