ITEMS NEEDED FOR DELIVERY:
*ASHES*
Less than 1/2 teaspoon of ashes is needed for each piece. Any unused ashes will be returned to you with your finished order product. Please package the remains in a ziplock bag (preferably a jewelry size baggy) and then in a second one so no remains are lost. Place in a Bubble Envelope and we recommend sending it through the postal service in order to receive a tracking number to watch for their safe arrival.

GIFTING:
If purchasing as a gift, remains will be sent to the recipient along with the gift unless the buyer would like them returned. If shipping to separate locations, there will be an additional $5.00 shipping fee to deliver gift to one address and remains back to the buyer. We will provide a complimentary card with your personal message to the recipient if you wish.


DELIVERY TIME:
Due to this being a customized item and to allow for delivery, please allow 7 business days once Love Remains receives the ashes from the buyer. Love Remains will confirm with you once we receive your delivery.


***Disclosure-
Every piece is custom-made; therefore each piece will look similar to the pendants made in the pictures above, but they will all look unique in their own way. All ashes come out in different colors, some ashes are very dark and some are very light. Please keep in mind that your piece may differ slightly from the pictures shown. This is not a flaw, it is the unique personality of the person or pet being memorialized.
