As a doula, I am privileged with supporting mothers. Working with these amazingingly strong women on a regular basis something I love to do
After all the hard work of labor and birth is done her body has the most inspiring capacity to heal itself postpartum. The set relieves some of the added stress of gathering all the essentials that are definitely needed postpartum.
**Custom orders are always welcome and if you would like something substituted I can do that with no problem at all. Just drop me a message and let me know any special ingredients you'd like added or left out and any products that you like substituted for something else.

This set includes:
Sitz bath tea 4 oz (2 muslin bags)
All natural postpartum spray 4oz
Breastfeeding nipple care balm 2oz
Nourish baby balm 2oz
Baby's bath herbs ( 2 baths in muslin bags)

Sitz bath tea
*Sea Salt is a natural detoxifier will provided the needed minerals to help the body heal quickly. It can also encourage peaceful sleep for both mama and baby.
*Lavender not only promotes restfulness, but is antibacterial, antifungal, and an antioxidant.
*Plantain Leaf has been used for centuries in order to heal inflammation and promote quick healing.
*Yarrow has wonderful antibacterial and antifungal compounds that are helpful in replenishing the interstinal flora. It is also helpful in stopping bleeding .
*Calendula has great anti-inflammatory properties. Studies have shown its effectiveness in healing wounds.
*Chamomile is helpful to soothe anxiety, and inflammation. It is also a natural antibiotic, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal.
*Ingredients: Unrefined sea salt, Lavender, Plantain leaf, Yarrow, Calendula, Chamomile

Directions After the birth of baby fill tub with water as hot as possible. Drop one muslin bag into the water and allow salt to dissolve and contents to steep. Once the temperature of the water is tolerable enjoy.
For those who have stitches limit yourself to only one sitz bath a day. If you have no stitches you can enjoy multiple baths a day. Continue baths until you feel comfortable.

Natural Postpartum Spray
This is a combination of Lavender oil which can be used to soothe occasional skin irritations. Frankincense oil works together with the lavender to promote a healing environment.

Ingredients Witch hazel, Filtered water, Lavender oil, Frankincense oil

Directions: Shake well and apply to perineum, or spray onto feminine hygiene pads for a cooling effect.

Baby Nourish Balm

A nourishing balm that is specially formulated to be gentle and soothing for babies. Keeping their skin soft and smooth with all natural and safe ingredients to pamper your little one all over. Helpful for eczema, cradle cap and dry baby skin.

Ingredients
Cocoa butter, Shea Butter, Olive Oil, Lavender essential oil, Chamomile essential oil
Directions
Apply generously all over baby as needed. Store in a order cool dry place.

Herbal baby bath
Ingredients: Calendula, Chamomile, oats, Lavender, Rose petals

Let the bag float in baby's bath water. You may also use the bag as a washcloth and give your little one a gentle wipe down with it.

**This breasfeeding nipple butter

Coconut oil that is edible, it also protects against thrush and contains the same medium-chain fatty acids as breastmilk.
It's easily absorbed and good for your skin.
Cocoa butter is also typically edible and is thick and forms a protective barrier to help sore nipples. Beeswax helps to solidify it all together.
Since this cream is essentially ingested by a nursing baby, I made sure to use ingredients that are safe, natural, and have a low chance of allergic reaction. For this reason, I decided not to use almond oil because it has a small chance of allergic reaction. I also didn't use any essential oils in this recipe as I have concerns about ingesting them even as an adult and never use them on babies.

Ingredients: Coconut oil, Olive oil, Coco butter, Shea butter, Beeswax

Directions: Use a small amount after each nursing to protect, heal and nourish your nipples.
