Assume that they need to be rooted. If you get one that's rooted great, lucky you. I will inspect every item and I will not send you something that is "questionable"" but please understand you are buying a node/chonk/cutting.



Orders will be shipped Saturday through Wednesday, and express/overnight shipments on Thursdays of each week to avoid any possible shipping delays. If you place an order on any of those days, expect your plant to ship the following ship period.



I package plants with extreme care, but I cannot guarantee the condition of plants or cuttings once they leave my hands. Please contact me immediately if there are any issues with shipping or damage.



Plants often suffer shipping stress. Sometimes they wilt, have stems or leaves bent, or might even lose a few leaves. This is normal shipping stress and the plant should recover in a few days with proper care. Please unpack plants/cuttings as soon as possible.



For any reason you are not satisfied with the condition that your plant arrives in, please let us know within  24 hours of receiving it so we can take the steps to correct this. You and your plants happiness are very important to us!
