Looking just like his cute little feline predecessors, little Fluff sits on his bottom, posing with his lovely pink ribbon tied about his neck, with a rather indifferent look on his furry face! This blue, Persian fur ball is so darling with his "fluffy" fur all slathered out in perfect waves around his face and body. The artist has left his face white, making his black button nose, big round black eyes, black whiskers, and tiny black mouth, stand out so well. Between his pink ears, and on one side of his fluffy paw, there lies a lovely bouquet of tiny pink and blue five-petal flowers and tiny green leaves. I like the way he sits directly on his bottom, back paws lazily out to each side, with his front paws planted directly between them! He looks so soft and cuddly. But I would approach cautiously. You never know with kitty cats! Adorably fickle!! The artist has nicely brought in pink, not only to the bow, but to the inside of the ears and the ends of the back paws. "Josef" is incised on the bottom of the figurine. This is a "California" piece and is dated between 1945 and 1962. An adorable little piece for your collection. All he needs is dear little "Puff" and he will be complete!
