Measures:  2-1/2" tall; base is 2-7/8" x 2-1/8"


The lighter is marked 'Arrow' on one side and 'Japan' on the other.


CONDITION:  Pre-owned in good condition.  

The mechanism works good.  

There is no flint/fluid and I've not tried the lighter but it appears order it will work fine.

  The metal has a nice vintage have some blemish
