This was the PERFECT 1st Birthday tutu and banner! When it arrived I was so happy with the quality of this handmade item. The tutu is a nice full one, you cannot see diaper through it. Nice heavy ribbon, not cheap thin stuff. Colors are pink, mint and gold sparkly. My baby is a little chunky so the tutu measures 20 1/2 inches, but can easily be made smaller by removing some of the ribbons if needed. Banner is a perfect match. No stains or marks or any signs of wear on either item. Only worn once. Ships from smoke free home. This set cost $70 new order (1).
