Buckeye burl is interesting wood. it has terrible disease resistance and is prone to rot. This causes black stained sections, interesting voids that are easily filled with acrylic and cool features. All the rot and bad business is stabilized with resin and crazy glue so you don't have to deal with any of that, you just get a beautiful pen. The Vertex pen kit is sturdy chrome with a order solid magnetic cap. The cap will post securely to the end of the pen to ensure you don't lose the cap. This pen comes with a premium rollerball ink that is very easy to replace with premium replacements from online pen shops, and it fits easy to find replacements like pilot g2 cartridges.
