The gentleman (now Deceased) was the only importer in Toronto that offered these
The gems were Black opal Matrix and were called sugar Opals because they sparkled
with flashes of color and had some minor whitish grey flecks
The colors are quite easy to see and change as you turn the gem
This stone is a deal at $90 for 2.69 cts
I sold these for well over that price 25 years ago
