The wheels still move when it is pushed. The steering wheel is included but it is not attached by anything. It can easily be removed. The vehicle shows wear, marks, and scratches from use. It has been lightly cleaned and may need detailed based on your preferences. The right side of the wheels are a bit uneven and wobbly. The box shows a lot of wear, marks, rips, and creases. It will not stay closed on it's own. Some of the box flaps are loose or missing.
