This round serving board is made from hardwood (Robinia or Gleditsia), charred on fire according to Yakisugi technique, and impregnated with tung oil.
You can order some custom sizes.
Can be made from different types of wood.
No chemicals used.
The best feature of this board is that it's not painted black because we use old Japanese technique Shou Sugi Ban. It gives the rich deep color of the burned wood itself. It means you will always have this rich deep black color.

Every board is unique and may have differences from the picture of the listing.
Charred kitchenware has some small cracks and cavities that are acquired due to Yakisugi process. This is not a defect, but a feature of this technique.
