40 old newspapers from the World War 2 era. Newspapers chronicle from the start of the war in 1939 until 1945 when Japan and Germany surrendered.All are in readable condition (with the exception of two which are missing a bit out of the paper- see photos) but not perfect. In some cases it is the entire first section of the newspaper. Other times it is only the front page, or only the order front and back page of the first section.Given their age, they should be handled with care so as to not tear them All have some staining and edge wear. See photos for an overview of the condition. Newspapers are either the Norristown times herald, or the Philadelphia Inquirer. In some cases it also includes the sport sections. Newspapers total over 7 pounds.
