Each Ice Bammers Bear is 8 inches tall, tag protected, in mint condition, and stored in a smoke-free space. Last names are gold embroidered on the Bammers back, first names are gold embroidered across the chest. The ladies have a gold bow head topper; the gentlemen sport a gold bow tie. Provenance: The Ice Bammers set was issued July 1, 1999. Seller acquired this set from an online retailer shortly after release.
Tara Lipinski is the 1997 U.S. and World Ladies' Singles Figure Skating Champion, two-time Champion Series Final (1997-1998), and 1998 Nagano Ladies' Singles Figure Olympic Gold Medalist at fourteen years old. Lipinski turned professional in 1998.
Elvis Stokjo is a seven-time Canadian Men's Singles Figure Skating Champion in 1994, 1996-2000, and 2002; two-time Men's Singles Olympic Silver Medalist, 1994 in Lillehammer, Norway, and 1998 in Nagano, Japan; and three-time Men's Singles Figure Skating World Champion, 1994, 1995, and 1997. Stokjo retired in 2006.
Nancy Kerrigan is the 1992 Ladies' Singles Figure Skating Olympic Bronze Medalist in Albertville, France, and 1994 Olympic Silver Medalist in Lillehammer, Norway. Kerrigan also was a Bronze-medalist at the 1992 World Championships, and the 1993 U.S. Ladies' Singles Figure Skating Champion.
Scott Hamilton is a four-time Men's Singles Figure Skating U.S. Champion and four-time World Champion, 1980-1984. Hamilton won the 1984 Olympic Men's Singles Figure Skating Gold medal in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia.
Katarina Witt won two Olympic Gold Medals in Ladies' Singles Figure Skating competing for East Germany: 1984 Olympics in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia, and 1988 Olympics in Calgary, Canada. Witt is also a four-time World Champion, 1984, 1985, 1987 and 1988, and a two-time World silver medalist in 1982 and 1986. She also won six consecutive European championships, 1983-1988.
Dorothy Hamill is a three-time U.S. National Champion, 1974, 1975 and 1976. Hamill was the 1976 Ladies' Olympic Singles Figure Skating Gold medalist held in Innsbruck, Austria.
