Vintage Topazio vermeil sterling silver filigree guitar brooch with enamel. This is marked Topazio. The brooch measures 2 1/2” in length by shy of 1 1/2” at the widest point weighing 7.7 grams. There are some surface scratches otherwise this is in good condition. Please see all the photos.
